These terms of service apply to the Notely Voice application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Tosin Onikute (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Application.
The Service Provider is not responsible for any data loss that may occur while using the Application. You are solely responsible for backing up your recordings and notes.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
